Last night we were thrilled to transform our new office space, into a venue to host the Ladies that UX London meetup for 50 designers.
The forum is for women in the UX field to come together, learn best practices, chat, discuss, and form future working relationships and friendships. Every month the group hold content-rich events and yesterday’s meetup focused on Employee UX.
George Neill, our VP of Design, gave an insightful presentation into designing for employees, and shared his valuable learnings and experiences of designing large, complex systems. He told the group about the challenges and processes that design has to go through to make the internal business systems as exciting and usable as the great customer experiences we are now so used to seeing.
If you’re keen to see more, George recently took part in an interview focused on user experience innovation and employee UX as part of the The Business Debate’s Digital Transformation series. You can watch the interview on The Wall Street Journal.
The RMA team had a great night and we really enjoyed welcoming the Ladies that UX to our Curtain Road office. We look forward to welcoming them back in 2017!
