Peter is MD and founder of RMA, having previously held senior executive positions with Lotus/IBM and Adobe. Building teams and growing businesses is what floats his boat. He can often be seen hurtling down piste on skis and thwacking a ball around a hockey pitch.
Chris is co-MD and founder of RMA. Working with long-standing clients to implement-game changing solutions for their businesses is what floats his boat, and during his downtime he actually spends time sailing around the Mediterranean.

Kirsty has worked on large global accounts as diverse as art – The Tate and MOMA – and finance – Barclays, Deutsche Bank and UBS. When she’s not head down stage-managing the design and build of digital strategies and roadmaps, you’ll find her back rolling into the deep blue – she’s a scuba diving fanatic.

George has led global Experience Design and Innovation teams for both Adobe and Microsoft, and has been responsible for creating widely acclaimed large-scale enterprise solutions for clients including Morgan Stanley, NATO and the NHS. When he’s not in front of a customer or a computer screen, he’s happiest with a guitar in his hand

Sat is obsessed with the technology that people directly interact with, and he’s committed to delivering the latest experience. He has worked with Morgan Stanley, Sky and Adobe. Devoted father of three, he’s frequently found making cupcakes, or knee-deep in "Back To The Future" related antics.
Head of Experience Design
Mischa leads complex design-driven technology projects that ‘help people get stuff done’. He pioneered mobile start up ‘ShoZu’ and has worked at Nokia, LBi and Sapient. He reads, listens, watches and visits just about everything and then, in some unexpected way, finds a connection back to the world of digital.

Maya is passionate about helping brands create engaging and delightful experiences for their internal and external customers. With over 20 years of experience at digital and marketing agencies, Maya has helped clients in Financial Services, B2B, FMCG, and Retail. On a nice summers day you will find Maya stood at a canvas with a paintbrush in hand!

Paul has spent his career working with many global brands on how to deliver omni-channel, user-centred experiences, including Skandia, BT, Standard Bank, O2/Telefonica and MSN. In his spare time Paul can be found undertaking one of a wide range of activities from baking, gardening through to running or travelling.
