Peter is MD and founder of RMA, having previously held senior executive positions with Lotus/IBM and Adobe. Building teams and growing businesses is what floats his boat. He can often be seen hurtling down piste on skis and thwacking a ball around a hockey pitch.
Chris is co-MD and founder of RMA. Working with long-standing clients to implement-game changing solutions for their businesses is what floats his boat, and during his downtime he actually spends time sailing around the Mediterranean.

George has led global Experience Design and Innovation teams for both Adobe and Microsoft, and has been responsible for creating widely acclaimed large-scale enterprise solutions for clients including Morgan Stanley, NATO and the NHS. When he’s not in front of a customer or a computer screen, he’s happiest with a guitar in his hand
Chief Technical Officer
Sat is obsessed with the technology that people directly interact with, and he’s committed to delivering the latest experience. He has worked with Morgan Stanley, Sky and Adobe. Devoted father of three, he’s frequently found making cupcakes, or knee-deep in "Back To The Future" related antics.

Maya is passionate about helping brands create engaging and delightful experiences for their internal and external customers. With over 20 years of experience at digital and marketing agencies, Maya has helped clients in Financial Services, B2B, FMCG, and Retail. On a nice summers day you will find Maya stood at a canvas with a paintbrush in hand!
Client Services Director
Paul has spent his career working with many global brands on how to deliver omni-channel, user-centred experiences, including Skandia, BT, Standard Bank, O2/Telefonica and MSN. In his spare time Paul can be found undertaking one of a wide range of activities from baking, gardening through to running or travelling.
VP of Client Services
Kirsty has been immersed in the digital world for over 18 years, in roles spanning strategy, client management and operations. She has worked with senior & board level clients across most industries, but in particular in financial services and media & entertainment. A dedicated globetrotter, she has worked abroad extensively, mainly in North America and Western Europe.
Head of User Experience
Mischa is responsible for heading Experience Design at RMA. Prior to his time at RMA, Mischa was a Principle Designer at Nokia where he led strategic UX initiatives across the smartphone portfolio; he got his hands dirty at an early, pioneering, mobile social media start up ‘ShoZu’, and prior to that worked at LBi and Sapient, London’s biggest digital agencies, where he led the design of large-scale transactional web properties. In his downtime Mischa likes to read up on the latest trends and technologies relating everything back to the world of digital.
